About

Designer, realtor, explorer, wife and mom... these are pieces of me!  My love of art, architecture, design, and travel have influenced my professional path, including a real estate partnership with the Sotheby’s brand. My background includes earning a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, with Minors in Art History and French, from the University of Oklahoma and the distinction of studying abroad at the famed Parsons Paris. 

After graduation, I spent a year in Singapore before moving to Dallas and venturing into the world of photo styling and set design for commercials, catalogues and magazine clients including Traditional Home Magazine, Decor Magazine, Veranda Magazine, Dillards, Horchow and Neiman Marcus. Meanwhile, I accepted a dream job working under renowned designer Jan Showers where I learned to work with clients and tradespeople in the very highest level of luxury living. In 2009 I launched Gretchen Clark Interiors, specializing in neoclassical interior design for high-end and historic homes from Dallas to Oklahoma City.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with so many fantastic clients who have become a part of my life, as they let me into their homes and their families.  I enjoy working closely with my clients, getting to know their personalities and passions, and creating rooms that they will love for years to come.  I love people and beautiful things, and feel very blessed to call this my job!
